Terms of Use

Effective: August 27, 2026 · Last updated: August 27, 2026

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website at gravvia.agency, the Gravvia Engage free trial program, and any related pages, forms, and communications (together, the “Site”). They are an agreement between you and Gravvia Global Infrastructure LLC (“Gravvia,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By using the Site, submitting the trial form, or starting a trial, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

Paid Gravvia Engage service is governed by a separately signed Service Agreement. Where these Terms and a signed Service Agreement conflict, the Service Agreement controls for the paid service.

Who may use the Site

The Site and the trial are offered to businesses and to individuals acting on behalf of a business. You must be at least 18 years old and have authority to bind the business you name on the trial form. Gravvia Engage is not offered for personal, household, or consumer use.

02

What Gravvia Engage is

Gravvia Engage is an inbound AI voice agent paired with an analytics dashboard. When a business forwards its phone line to Gravvia, the agent answers inbound calls, holds a conversation, books appointments or captures messages according to the business’s configured knowledge base and rules, records and transcribes the call, and reports the results in a dashboard and, where integrated, in the business’s CRM or calendar.

The agent is software. It follows the information and rules your business supplies. It can misunderstand a caller, mis-book, or give an incomplete answer. You are responsible for reviewing the calls it handles and for keeping the knowledge base accurate.

03

The free 14-day trial

3.1 What you get

Gravvia builds a working agent for one business location, connects it to your line by call forwarding on a call with you, and gives you dashboard access for 14 days. The trial includes tuning based on your real call traffic.

3.2 When the trial starts and ends

The trial runs 14 days from the day call forwarding to Gravvia is confirmed live, not from the day you submit the form. Gravvia may grant one 7-day extension at its discretion. The trial ends on the 14th day (or the extended date) with one of three outcomes: you continue under a signed Service Agreement, you decline and forwarding is reverted, or no decision is reached and Gravvia reverts forwarding on the date stated in writing to you.

3.3 What it costs

Nothing during the trial. No card is collected. No fee is charged unless and until you sign a Service Agreement to continue. If you do continue, the current standard terms are a one-time setup fee of $1,100 (deferred through the trial), $789 per month for the first business, a three-month initial term, then month-to-month. Those amounts and terms are stated here for transparency; the amounts and terms that bind you are the ones in the Service Agreement you sign.

3.4 Trial eligibility and limits

One free trial per business. The trial covers one location or business; additional locations begin at conversion. Gravvia may decline or end a trial at any time — for example, if the business is outside the verticals we serve, if forwarding is not enabled within a reasonable time, if required compliance steps are not completed, or if the trial is being used for a purpose other than evaluating the service.

3.5 Your responsibilities during the trial

You will: supply accurate business information for the knowledge base; provide a contact who can authorize call forwarding; enable and keep forwarding in place (or tell us if you revert it); designate an escalation contact for urgent calls; and tell your staff that the agent is answering after-hours and overflow calls.

3.6 What happens to your data at the end

If you do not continue, forwarding is reverted within one business day of your decision or the stated revert date, and you retain read-only dashboard access for 30 days. After that, trial call data is deleted or anonymized on the schedule in our Privacy Policy, except where we must keep it by law.

04

Call recording, transcription, and consent

Calls handled by the agent are recorded and transcribed so you can review them in the dashboard.

Recording laws vary by state, and some states require every party on the call to be told. You are responsible for choosing whether calls to your line are recorded and for the recording notice your callers hear. Gravvia will include a recording notice in the agent’s greeting if you ask for one, and recommends one in every state. By enabling forwarding, you confirm that recording and transcription of calls to your line are permitted under the laws that apply to your business and your callers, or that you have opted out of recording in writing.

For healthcare, legal, and other regulated businesses, additional data handling terms (including a Business Associate Agreement where applicable) are provided in the compliance packet and the Service Agreement. The trial should not be used to collect information your business is not permitted to collect by phone.

05

Communications from Gravvia

By submitting the trial form you agree that Gravvia may contact you by phone, text message (SMS), and email about your trial, your account, and the service. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to stop receiving texts, or HELP for help. Consent to text messages is not a condition of purchase; you can still use the service if you opt out of texts, but trial coordination will be slower.

06

Dashboard access and accounts

Dashboard logins are issued to the people you name. You are responsible for keeping login credentials confidential and for everything done under your accounts. Tell us promptly if you believe an account has been used without authorization. You may edit only the parts of the agent that the dashboard exposes to you (currently promotions, policies, pricing, services, and FAQs). Changes you make take effect on subsequent calls and are your responsibility.

07

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • use the Site or the agent for any unlawful purpose, or to collect information you are not permitted to collect;
  • forward a phone line you do not own or control, or use the agent to impersonate another business;
  • attempt to extract, reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy the agent’s prompts, models, software, or the dashboard;
  • probe, test, or interfere with the security or availability of the Site or the service;
  • use the trial to benchmark, resell, or build a competing product;
  • submit false information on the trial form, or submit the form on behalf of a business without authority;
  • upload or configure content that is defamatory, deceptive, discriminatory, or infringing.

Gravvia may suspend or end access immediately for a breach of this section.

08

Intellectual property

The Site, the agent, the dashboard, the software behind them, and all related content, designs, and trademarks (including “Gravvia” and “Gravvia Engage”) belong to Gravvia or its licensors. These Terms give you a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the Site and, during a trial, the trial service, for evaluating Gravvia Engage for your business. No other rights are granted.

You keep ownership of your business information, your knowledge-base content, and your call data. You grant Gravvia the right to use that content to provide the service to you, to improve the service, and as described in the Privacy Policy. Gravvia will not name your business publicly or use your call data in marketing without your written permission.

09

Third-party services

The service relies on third-party providers, including a voice-AI provider, a database host, telephony carriers, and, where you connect one, your CRM or calendar system. Those providers’ availability, accuracy, and terms are outside Gravvia’s control. Where you connect a third-party system, you are responsible for having the right to do so.

10

Disclaimers

The Site and the trial are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gravvia disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Gravvia does not guarantee that the agent will answer every call, book every appointment, capture every message, understand every caller, or produce any particular business result. Figures shown on the Site (such as industry missed-call rates, example dashboard data, or cost comparisons) are illustrative or sourced as noted and are not a promise of your results. Demo dashboards and demo calls shown on the Site are labeled as such and use sample data.

Nothing on the Site is legal, medical, financial, or compliance advice. You are responsible for determining whether the service is appropriate for your business and your regulatory obligations.

11

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • Gravvia will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for lost revenue, lost profits, lost customers, lost data, or business interruption, arising from the Site or the trial, even if advised of the possibility.
  • Gravvia’s total liability for all claims arising from the Site or a free trial will not exceed one hundred dollars ($100). (Liability for the paid service is set in the Service Agreement.)
  • Gravvia is not liable for calls missed, mis-handled, or lost because forwarding was not enabled, was reverted, or failed at your carrier; because of an outage at a third-party provider; or because the information in your knowledge base was inaccurate or out of date.

Some jurisdictions do not allow some of these limitations, so some may not apply to you.

12

Indemnification

You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Gravvia and its owners, employees, and contractors from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your violation of law (including recording-consent and privacy laws applicable to your callers), the content you supply for the agent, or your use of the trial on behalf of a business without authority.

13

Suspension and termination

You may end a trial at any time by telling us in writing; we will revert forwarding as described in Section 3. Gravvia may suspend or end your access to the Site or a trial at any time for breach of these Terms, for legal or security reasons, or if the trial cannot proceed. Sections 4, 8, 10, 11, 12, 14, and 15 survive termination.

14

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from the Site or a free trial will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Duval County, Florida, and you consent to their jurisdiction. Before filing, each side agrees to try to resolve the dispute by contacting the other in writing and allowing 30 days for a response.

[OPTIONAL — attorney to decide: arbitration clause and class-action waiver.]

15

Entire agreement. These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement for the Site and the free trial. The Service Agreement governs paid service.

Severability. If part of these Terms is unenforceable, the rest stays in effect.

No waiver. Not enforcing a term is not a waiver of it.
